American Spirit ALIVE Festival 2019

Since 2012 the American Spirit Alliance has been planting thousands of flags along the NW Military highway to commemorate its history. Last year it was made a Tricentennial event for the City when we incorporated a 5-person relay run between Fort Sam Houston & Camp Bullis. So while the community plants flags the runners sets their sites towards Camp Bullis. The last leg gets the spectacular site of thousands of flags greeting them to the finish line. The corridor comes ALIVE as passersby honk their horns at flag planters and soldier step out of their cars to embrace their community. It ends at Eisenhower Park with Live Music, Food, Vendors & draw prizes from iFly, Andretti, Top Golf, SplashTown and many more. We’d love if you would disseminate the info to your employees and help us make this a bigger success then it already is. We still have a few flag planting sections left.
